Anna Sagan is a Los Angeles–based mixed-media artist whose work explores color, texture, and form as pathways to connection and reflection. Originally from Northwest Arkansas, she carries forward a deep creative legacy as a second-generation artist. Her practice grew out of personal trials that reshaped her perspective and revealed the transformative power of art. Working primarily with paint and wood, Anna layers acrylic, oil, alcohol ink, and tar gel to create pieces that evoke both intimacy and universality. Each work is a meditation on life’s complexities — raw yet refined, contemplative yet open — offering space for viewers to find their own meaning without ego or prescription.
